Uploaded files are processed transiently and not retained by PDFTools. You remain solely responsible for maintaining copies of any files you submit. We are not liable for any loss of data resulting from your use of the Service.

The PDFTools brand, codebase, and UI are the property of the creator (Rohit, codesmash.in). You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute the Service without express written permission. Your uploaded files remain entirely your own property.

PDFTools is provided on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee 100% uptime, uninterrupted access, or error-free operation. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or due to circumstances beyond our control.

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the Service at our discretion, including cases of suspected abuse or violation of these Terms.

These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
